Can I travel with my steamer?
Yes of course! You can even bring it with you in your carry-on suitcase. Its small size and lightweight make it convenient to travel with, and it will pass airport security.
Simply make sure the reservoir is empty before you travel with your steamer.

The SteamSmart S200 Pro is efficient at eliminating wrinkles on a wide variety of fabric in a record time.
You should expect to be able to quickly refresh your daily outfit or a couple of pieces of clothes while traveling.
IMPORTANT: It is not a replacement for a full iron. You should not expect to iron your entire batch of laundry with this device or you will be deceived. It is however a great alternative when using an iron is not convenient or possible to get a clean and tidy look.

The device weighs 0.6 kg. It is the lightest steamers available, as most other travel steamers weigh over 1 kg.
Can I use tap water?
In general, you can indeed fill the reservoir with tap water.
If you live in an area known for its hard water, it might be a good idea to use a water softener or distilled water to prevent the risk of limescale.
Our steamer works with 220-240V power outlets, including all countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Oceania.
Some countries use 110V such as the US, Canada, Japan, and most countries in South America. You cannot use this steamer with 110V unless you use a voltage converter.

How long does one full tank last?
Great question! The water tank is 100mL and can last up to 10 minutes of continuous steam.
You should be able to steam 2-4 pieces of clothes on one full tank. If you need to steam for longer, you can fill up the tank again. Make sure to unplug the device before you refill the water tank.
Note: Turn the steam OFF using the switch button when you are not actively using the device.
Can I use it to clean?
You can use your steamer to deodorize your clothes, refresh upholstery, and disinfect plush toys, towels, and mattresses for a more hygienic home.
