Orders in Europe are processed within 24h and shipped between 2-5 days
Orders in Australia are processed within 24h and shipped between 4-10 days depending on the delivery address.
We offer FREE express shipping to all our customers.

FULFILLMENT PARTNER

We currently work with Amazon to fulfill our orders. When you place an order on our website, Amazon will pick, pack, and ship your parcel using the fastest shipping carrier available. (DDP, La Poste, Fedex, DHL, UPS etc.)

 

Amazon fulfills orders within 24h after the payment has been processed.

 

Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (DDP, La Poste, Fedex, DHL, UPS etc.)

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
